On the pictures that you posted, there are clearly 2 different badges: one which is similar to what it purports to be, and the second one with the missing enamel and which also has the lower right side of the cogwheel missing. The seller may claim that he is showing one badge, you should clearly know better.

Given this seller's track record, I am not sure you really need to keep bothering with his offerings, IMHO.

Yes, you can see this best with the first two photos (Kiev badge). The close up of the badge has the outer edge cogs, yet these are missing on the second photo. Clearly the one with cogs missing is a fraud. Anyone who has a fraudulent badge for sale in my book, unless clearly being sold as a copy, just ruins any claim of crediability for anything else they try to sell.

Well it seems that this person who had at the time 642 positive feedback (see you can never tell) was somewhat upset I refused to purchase his badge as it was a fake.

Aparently I'm a 'nutter'. I pointed him here to this discussion, which I must say if anyone read they would agree the badges being sold are fake. I therefore declined and left negative feedback to at least put some doubt into people's mind who would otherwise be conned out of quite considerable sums of money.

I see all the auctions are 'private' preventing anyone form alerting would be customers. Seems he's doing quite well with his fake selling business.

I know that this thread is older and the sale has probably been made but personally, I would not buy this badge due to the differences pointed out in the enamel.
