hi folks ,
i have seen and been offered this cockade a few times now. all kinda different people do relate it to police, but can not tell me exactly what it is. is there any thing known about it ,, is it soviet? and what the heck is it precise for and to what cap does it go. 2nd and 3rd - definately post91. 2nd looks like some kind of police-related. I think it says GNS. No idea what that is.
