Title "Meritorious Power Specialist Of The Armenian SSR".

I just got this one because the price was right and it came with the one that is simililar to it (pictured below) that I've always known as a republican Presidium medal. The seller said the first one was some sort of sports medal, but since I don't read Armenian, I do not know what it actually says. All I can see is that it was made my the LMD, like the Presidium medal.

Any shared knowledge woud be appreciated.

I think it's a badge. It says 'distinguished power specialist Arm SSR'. I'm not sure how to translate the second one. give some time pls.

Ok the second round one, says 'letter of commendation' or 'deed' don't know what they are for, no explanation. Probably came with the certificate letter of commendation, for something done well on not so, Just SU way to inspire :).
