I tried to look further into it, but theres nothing really..

I still think it is an anti-Soviet dembel uniform of some sort. :) ... wait...no, no, no, if that was the case it wouldn't be on this type of uniform, would it?

Well if i would be an anti comunist activist.

i would want to blend in to a mass , so that police and such would not target me.

i think it would make sence that they had a soviet uniform , since it must have been widely available and would not turn heads as and american type of uniform would.
