Here is a trio of Post-Soviet Jubilee Medals to Bljuma Jakovlevna Rapoport.

At first glance this is a very run-of-the-mill trio, even the first document - awarded by Ukraine on 29th March 1995 agrees. This pre-dates emigration to Israel.

This 2000 dated document is the first indication of settlement in Israel.

Jubilee Medal "60 Years Of Victory In The Great Patriotic War 1941-1945" А№8418461 awarded 10th March 2005 by the Ambassador To Israel G. P. Tarasov. Hand signed.

A 9th May 2005 dated greeting card from the Presidium Of The Central Soviet Of The Union Of Veterans Of The Second World War in Tel Aviv with an invitation.

Finally Jubilee Medal "65 Years Of Victory In The Great Patriotic War 1941-1945" А№0036193 awarded 18th March 2010 by Ambassador To Israel I. V. Stegnij, Hand signed.

Market and "the site" research indicates that this may indeed by a complete group and not the tail end of something larger.

Research found her 2008 Ukrainian passport indicating her being born 20th December 1925. Her Israeli visa was issued 15th October 1998 and she immigrated 22nd October 1998.

Her Jubilee Medal awarded 6th April 1970 by Dzerzhinskij region of Krivoj Rog.
The Badge "Champion Of The Socialist Competition 1973" awarded by the Ministry Of Heavy Industrial Construction of the Ukrainian SSR giving a greater insight into her life.

A 3rd February 1981 awarded "Veteran Of Labour" awarded by Dnepropetrovsk Oblast and her certificate "Veteran Of Labour" issued in Ukraine on 23rd May 1997. The photograph just show the top of her Lenin centennial but no OPW or any other indication of being a veteran of war.
