I would say this BH was awarded between 1979 and 1985.

Hi everyone!

The title sounded like a blues-song but no time for music now! I saw this Order of the Badge of Honor (see pictures).It's a type 4, variant 2.Is it OK?

I checked on Mondvor's site regarding your question about "no belt".

I noticed that there is a Type 4 Variant 1 serial number 178252 that
shows the male figure without a belt around his waist . Compare other
types on this site as a key.

I believe this is may be the answer.
