It's not the russian edition, so you don't have to read russian. The seller offers the complete english set.

The index is quite useful. I found a few references to orders - Lenin suggesting giving Order of Red Banner of Labour to some factories because of their fast production of electrical machines.

Living in Russia, I'd routinely dig through the trash dumpsters around the 'older' apartments, as you'd regularly find cool stuff from older people (often war vets) that died and their apartments were getting cleaned out (of course, having an American dig through Russian trash did bring some laughs, but hey... aren't we willing to do anything for that 'gem' for the collection?)

Anyway, this one day I found a dumpster completely full (and stacked neatly!) the entire works of both Lenin and Stalin, and I believe there were a few other sets in there as well. Maybe 200 books all told. I just wish I could have brought them all home!
