The patch in Putin's sleeve looks like Space Forces.

Of course it is the patch of the Russian mmilitary space forces...you can SEE that he is visiting a cosmodrome....

BTW, it is common practice to give Putin a military uniform/gear of the unit he is visiting. Here are some "navy Putin" pictures:

If Putin holds a rocket model in his hand it doesn't automatically mean that he has a Space Force patch...

But in this case he has one.
