Namangan City Consumer Association Membership Booklet.

Here is a 1932 dated Namangan City Consumer Association Membership Booklet. A rather tired survivor that was valid until the last day of 1934.

The name is in a font I'm not familiar with... Kazima... Karima.... Kasima... Something Uzbek.
