I am no expert at all on Imperial orders and medals, but I know for sure that the whole series is widely faked, these ranging from poor to high quality.

Isn't it a little too brand new and shiny for a medal that's supposed to be 150 years old, from a time when people used to actually wear their medals? I'll stick to my previous comment :)

Oh I agree, I was just posting this medal for the benefit of other collectors. I got stung with some fake Imperial Russia medals a few months ago, so I am staying away from these medals for sure.
