Not really any clear images to work from.
Rick and Ed had go at this a while back now, here is what they came up with:

4- Medalla "Combatiente de la Columna Uno José Martí"; Medalla "Eliseo Reyes" (I); Medalla "Lucha Contra Bandidos"; Medalla Commemorativa "30 Anniversarios de FAR" (1986)

5- Medalla Conmemorativa "40 Anniversario de FAR"; Order of Lenin (?); Order of the October Revolution (?); ??? (??)


Take a look, I'm not sure about the 3rd row, it looks to be a Medalla "Por el Servicio Ejemplar en FAR'' before the Orden "Combatiente de la Guerra de Liberación" (II) :confused:

...And the next one is the bulgarian medal for the 40 yrs of victory in WWII.
It´s strange that the cuban award for 10 yrs of FAR is the last one.

BTW I do not think that the picture showing these ribbon bars is 2008. He looks way too young. I´d say this pic is from the 80´s.

It looks like a totaly different bar :confused:
The Bulgarian medal for the 40 years of victory in WWII has wider red edge stripes. The 10 years of FAR is green, white and light blue with a bronze X, The only similar cuban ribbon is the Medalla Conmemorativa "XX Anniversario" which of course has the XX and is black/ red and not red/black. It could be the Angolian medal shown in the image but that has a star.

Sorry, I became confused with the X and the red/black colors, typical of the cuban revolutionary movement. I´d lean to an angolan award. It may probably be the one you show in the picture, in spite of having a star and not an X. Maybe the star is displayed only in the award and the ribbon shows only the commemorative date?

Bottom row: Soviet Medal for Strengthening Combat Alliance (1975), Bulgarian Brotherhood in Arms Medal (1975) , Soviet Jubilee Medal on 100th Anniversary of Lenin's Birthday, Unknown, possibbly Angolan (see the MPLA Poster) or Egyptian Medal of Exceptional Promotion?

Row 3 (Medal for the War of 1939,1981) and 5 look like Polish ribbons?
