I don't have this badge, but I think there is an interesting story behind this organization. Acording to a web site (xxx...)
Created by Komintern in 1922, this organization had a purpose of liberating terrorists from jails around the world, and fomenting anti-government activities in foreign countries. Variation 1 - screwback:
