Failed the inspection!

Hey fellow members! Let's have fun and share pics from our collection where we can see a violation to regulations for uniform or wearing awards on uniform. Anything like left and right shoulder boards mismatch, to not properly wearing the uniform, awards not positioned properly, etc..

If you have any details about name and rank, year of pics, etc.. please include them.

We'll call those indisciplined men to the headquarter for some scolding and show them the proper way!

To start it, I'm calling Aviation Colonel Konchits, Ivan Alekseevich for lack of discipline in wearing his awards in the reverse order of precedence. (photo 1950).
