Matthijs,
With such scans, it could be almost anything! From the look of it, I am not very enthusiastic about overall appearance, the ring, especially on the reverse side, the writing on the front. Seriously better scans are definitely needed if you want anything better in term of feedback. Marc |

Matthijs,
Also, if at all possible, have it measured and get it's weight. As everybody here says, you do need to be very careful with this one, it's tricky. Sergei |

Re: Fake Saving Drowning Medals
@matthijs
It looks like the one I`ve seen on E**Y a few weeks ago. The ring is too thick and has no grind marks. I also cannot recognize the "fingerprint" of this medal...doesn`t look good :( Jens* |

Re: Fake Saving Drowning Medals
Almost certainly a fake, but better scans are needed.

Hello,
I`ve bought this one a few days ago; I`d like to hear some opinions from the "family" :) Thank you, Jens* |

Re: Fake Saving Drowning Medals
Jens,
It does not look bad. Could you please post large scans of the swimmer and of the reverse. Marc |
