Senior Telephonist, 6th Battery Corporal Val'janskij, Aleksandr Ignat'evich for that, on 20th November 1943 in battle for the village of Pozovatka under heavy enemy artillery-mortar fire throughout the day kept uninterrupted communication between the command of the battery and the observation point, eliminating during this time twelve breaks, therefore ensuring the successful conduct of fire of the battery, which destroyed two heavy machineguns, one 75mm gun and up to a section of submachinegunners.
Born 1918, Ukrainian, Member VLKSM, Called to Ljubotinka Regional Military COmmissariat, Har'kov Oblast.
