An award card dated 18 March 1946 lists his assignment in the 4 Ukrainian Front, 60 Army, 9 Independent Battalion and was subsequently overwritten in 1956 to reflect the awarding of an Order of Glory II Class by an Edict of the Supreme Soviet dated 31.3.56 for an Order of Glory III Class awarded by the 60 Army. An undated, abbreviated award card verifies the awarding of a Glory III Class by the 60 Army dated 20.05.45 was annulled and substituted for an Order of Glory II Class by Edict of the Supreme Soviet dated 31.3.56.
