Both Eddie and Ibaya already clearly answered your question.

Far as I know Willie & Ibaya ,the Academy badge is moved to the viewers far left on the pocket, others for example para badges are placed in a straight line to the viewers right of the academy badge.

Eddie.

No, Ibaya showed it on a SOVIET uniform, I meant Russian uniforms. In addition, would a para badge be to the right or the left of the gvardia badge?

According to the images i've seen the order would be, from left to right as the viwer sees it, Para, academy, Guards.
This seems to be the same order as on the Soviet uniforms. Correct me if i'm wrong the para badge was always left of the academy badge from the viewers perspective. Guards to the right or above of the academy badge.

Eddie.

Here is a photograph illustrating how the badges are worn on the tunic chest pocket (taken from www.cadetcorps.ru).

I think it's safe to say that as far as order of precedence goes, the Russian military pretty much continued the Soviet practices for continuity.
