What is this badge?
Ligt metal, pinback.
Colour elements are painted, not enameled.

Unfortunately the text is out of focus.

I believe it is celebrating the ceasefire in the Iran-Iraq War which was signed on 8/8/1988

I will try to make a good photograph, but with my new camera it's like a roulette.

The date fits. Symbols, however look nothing like a ceasefire - those swords... But I guess everyone clebrates events their own way.
