Ho Chi Minh City peoples armed forces medal

Hi Emanuele,

Not really much info at the minute on this particular Medal but I imagine it would come under the local issued awards as the name suggests.
On the bar it says Ho Chi Minh City and below on the medal, People's Traditional Armed Forces" (LUC LUONG VO TRANG NHAN DAN TRUYEN THONG)
Many variations and types of these local Medals exist, some good and some bad quality.
