Estonian Medical Officer
I recently acquired this photograph from a job lot of Soviet photographs but can safely say that he is not Russian or Soviet. Any ideas from the collar insignia or award?

Estonian Army...
...before the Soviets ate it. Thats my bet, but I am not 100% sure.

i agree with that it is an estonian photo.
It also says Tallinn (capitol of estonia) on the picture
