Short, concrete description of his combat feat or merits:

During the fighting near Kastornoye medic Osobashvili conducted a medic’s true duties. In difficult conditions during combined-arms (tank and infantry) offensives, in winter conditions, inside villages and outside them he evacuated in all 49 wounded soldiers and officers with their weapon from the battlefield. He provided first aid to 19 of them on the spot, on the battlefield.

He is a self-possessed, cold-blooded, dutiful and disciplined soldier of the Red Army.

Conclusion: He deserves to be awarded the Order of the Red Banner.
