Moldovan Excellent Winegrower

The Moldovans I know are VERY proud of their wine heritage. I know when ever I offered them Vodka they would always ask if I had wine instead. We must all remember that Moldova was and is in the wine belt and not the vodka belt. I don't see the soviets having "master of vodka" badges though unless of course some of the good folks here can prove me wrong but I would need 100 proof or higher!
