Polish Warsaw Pact Badge

I'm posting one of my recent acquisitions, this is a Polish badge commemorating the Warsaw Pact. I haven't been able to find this badge in any of my sources and I was wondering if anyone can tell me if this was a general WP commemorative piece, an anniversary or a badge for a specific WP maneuver (like "Shield" etc.) any input would be welcomed.

In my opinion it is a general Warsaw pact commemorative pin/badge (odznaka Układu Warszawskiego)
