Here is the Table Medal "Jugobanka" of the Rijeka based Jugobanka. The bank took this name in 1986 and these Table Medals were awarded for long service.

This example was awarded to Žantev Desanka for 10 years service and the plaque was replaced with 15 years of service - true Communist rationalisation.

(Note that Croatian names are family first)
