Here is an 18th October 1914 Passport issued to Viktorija Feodorovna Jakovleva the wife of a "Staff-Cavalry-Captain" (An imperial rank above Lieutenant but below Captain, same insignia as Captain of the RF now) of the Mobilisation of troops in Odessa Region.
Born 21st June 1887 and listed as "Rank - Wife of Staff-Cavalry-Captain"
