Navy Jacket

I have a navy jacket like this one, its only for submarine's officers or standar for all the navy officers ?

The buttoms are marked " mosshtamp 91 "

The dark blue navy jacket was used by any navy officer/warrant officer/extended serviceman. It was a sort of undress service dress uniform when one didn't want to wear the more formal double-breasted tunic.

The bright light blue version was a tropical jacket that was worn aboard ship.

This is a semi-parts uniform i think. the jacket is unused surplus with added boards.

No, this jacket only had epaulets.

my bad, semi-parts jacket. A complete parts jacket would have had awards and badges too, and to my knowledge, jackets were not issued with boards on them.

According to the Regulations Book, it does not. It only wears shoulderboards.
