Does anybody have an award document to the medal? I only saw one document in the last years.

Maybe it is possible, that most of them were given out without document?

It is perfectly real and is mint-marked on the suspension. It was most probably not awarded though.

Exactly that. If you find one with a completed document you can be pretty sure that the Badge was awarded.
