Sadly, no documents, so researched by serial numbers. This always raises questions of "restoration" in my mind.

Comrade Lutsyuk has been participating in the Patriotic War from its very first days, fighting the German invaders. Until August 1942 comrade Lutsyuk served with the 1st Sevastopol Motor Torpedo Boat Brigade as a radio operator aboard Motor Torpedo Boat 73, with which he took part in the defense of Odessa, escorted transport ships on the Odessa-Sevastopol route, and searched for enemy submarines. During all these operations comrade Lutsyuk remained at his post _________ carry out his duties, despite attacks by enemy aircraft, and provided _____ communications with both the base and the other ships.

From the very beginning of the defense of Sevastopol up until the end, that is, until the last of our troops had left the city, comrade Lutsyuk took part in this heroic defense. Under the cover of smoke screens, comrade Lutsyuk’s motor torpedo boat escorted the convoys delivering food to the besieged city under enemy artillery fire. This enabled the convoys to reach their berths in a covert manner. Comrade Lutsyuk maintained reliable communications with the shore. He also participated in patrols _______ enemy torpedo boats and submarines in our ships’ area of operations on the approaches to Sevastopol, immediately notifying the command of approaching enemy ships and providing reliable communications. Comrade Lutsyuk also participated in tracking mines dropped into the waterways by enemy aircraft. After leaving Sevastopol, comrade Lutsyuk’s torpedo boat was transfered to the 2nd Motor Torpedo Boat Brigade, with which he took part in combat operations aboard Motor Torpedo Boat 96. Serving as Motor Torpedo Boat 96’s radio operator, Comrade Lutsyuk participated in more than ten engagements with German motor torpedo boats that attempted to break through to ________ Malaya Zemlya. He participated in raids on the port of Anapa, on Blagoveshchenskaya, on Ozereika, and in numerous support operations in mine fields. During all combat actions comrade Lutsyuk displayed skill, professional knowledge and courage. Throughout the operations to seize Novorossiysk, comrade Lutsyuk was at his base, where he served as a radio operator and ensured reliable communications between the staff and the operating torpedo boats. During the liberation of the Taman Peninsula comrade Lutsyuk disembarked at Cape Utrish, which had just been captured from the Germans, to provide communications. He performed this task in an excellent manner.

Upon returning to his motor torpedo boat, comrade Lutsyuk participated in motor torpedo boat operations, displaying bravery and courage while providing his commander with reliable communications.

For bravery and courage ______ he deserves the Order of the Red Star.

Comrade Lutsyuk has been participating in the Patriotic War since June 1941. Serving aboard Motor Torpedo Boat 73 as a radio operator, he took part in escorting transport ships on the Sevastopol-Odessa route and tracked magnetic mines dropped into the waterways near the Bay of Sevastopol by German aircraft. He participated in the heroic defense of Sevastopol from the very beginning until the last days.

Reassigned to the 2nd Motor Torpedo Boat Brigade’s Motor Torpedo Boat 96 he took part in patrols in the Tsemes Bay in the winter of 1942-43. Aboard Motor Gun Boat 96 he took part in shelling an airfield at Anapa, where approximately 10 Me 110s were destroyed, a bombardment on Blagoveshchenskaya, where two artillery depots were blown up, and a bombardment on Yuzhnaya Ozereika, where an artillery battery was suppressed by rocket-powered projectiles and approximately a battalion of infantry was killed.

Hereafter comrade Lutsyuk disembarked at Cape Utrish, which had just been liberated from the Germans, to maintain communications between the staff and the motor torpedo boats operating in the Strait of Kerch.

During the landing operations aimed at capturing Sulina and Constanţa he disembarked with the first group of naval infantrymen as the radio operator for the operational group.

During all these operations comrade Lutsyuk acted boldly and bravely. For courage and bravery during the fighting with the German invaders comrade Lutsyuk deserves to be awarded the Medal of Nakhimov.

I really like this this though, Especially how his specialties are described as Radiotelegraph Operator and "Komsomol organizer".
