Lohov, Vilen Konstantinovich
Here is a rather unusual civilian group to Georgian Vilen Loxovi/Lohov dating from 1970 to 1998. Other than being unusual there is unfortunately no indication of his profession.
His first Medal was awarded by Adigeni on 1st April 1970.

Second is the Bronze Medal of the VDNH. Notice the three notches in the back rim.

He was awarded his Medal "Veteran Of Labour" on 23rd July 1986 by the Georgian SSR.
