Fake Guarding the State Border Medals

Guys,

It's impossible to tell for sure from a dark and blurry scan. This medal has certain "water marks" and I can't see any of them.

Here goes again.
I'm obsolutely clueless when it comes to this medal (and Saving from Drowning medal), so i'm not even gonna try to find anything good or bad with this one. Unfortunetly this are some of the better scans i could obtain.

Nexorcist,

You are right, the scans are a bit so-so. From the look of it, I rather like this medal.

I am undecided. The reverse looks good, but I don't like the obverse - the ring is kinda weird, and look at the nose on that soldier!

Thanks for all the input guys.
I was able to obtain 2 more pictures of averse.
I belive the second picture shows that the nose on solder is ok.
