How does one differentiate between enamel and lacquer?

Yes, it's amazing what the two look like under "black light." The difference is so stark that it's literally impossible to miss when seen side by side.

here is mine, its not numbered but it came in a documented set with another one of these which was numbered (missing) and an order of the red star which i have. Tell me what you think, sorry for the bad light in the photos.

Looks good to me. I'd be willing to put $ on a wager that it was issued by the South Western Front.
