Here are some more.

1. This is for the 1st Cavalry Divsion I think, couldn't quite get Google Translate to work. Also I believe it's not a true veteran badge but a souvenir one as it has a price on the back.

2. Veteran of the 4th Infantry Division

2 and 3. This is my seconde document for a Veteran of the 31st Tank Corp.

#1 is for a Civil War unit - the 1 Cavalry Army. The design on the badge depicts a massive monument on a hill with the horse and rider that stretches across the road above as one drives underneath. It's in western Ukraine, I want to say on the road into Lvov (or Lviv in Ukrainian). Since it was a regionally well-known and impressive monument, for that reason this is a souvenir, and not truly veteran organization, badge.

And the last couple.

1. This is the 3rd Guards Rifle Divsion. This is one of two I have and is a little different than the other as the enamel between the sun rays is blue here and the other one is white.

2. This is for a veteran of the 6th Mech Corp.

Gents, does anyone have images of the following 2 veteran badges? I managed to pick up the documents for them today but dont have them to hand.

1. "10-181й дивизии" I think it was involved in Stalingrad
2. "Ветеран 62й армии" the doc has a cool slogan on it "not a step back - fight to the death!"

Both docs are to the same person :)

I've never seen either of these documents anywhere before.

Are they not in the book by the wonderful author and proponent P. J. Schmitt?

For some reason my copy is currently out of my line of sight.

I've never looked at veteran znack until now really!

I don't think you will find anyone who will not recommend it.
I thought I had some 62nd stuff knocking about but I've obviously not photographed or scanned it yet (there is a vast backlog).
