Breeches identification

Just got these very fine tailor made mint condition breeches. Is it aviation or something completely different? The blue is not the usual aviation blue, but more turquoise. All ideas on their whereabouts (branch, year etc) appreciated.

They are for sale since I do not have the matching jacket.

Early Bulgaria? I must have a look in an old regulation book...

I was thinking bulgarian also. Generally closest to soviet with minor variations, color in this case

my 1969 bulgarian regulation book shows lighter blue than soviet VVS' one. But the book shows only drawings , and colours cannot be more accurate than that.
