Interesting to notice there is no date... Are they still "awarded" ? I had understood that Umalatova orders were now "banned" by the Governement...

I don't know if they are still awarded, but I just saw a bunch of different documents for the following:
Order of October Revolution
Order of the Red Banner
Order of the Badge of Honor
Order of Friendship of Nations
Medal for Excellent Military Service 1st & 2nd classes
Medal for Bravery
Medal for Valiant Labor
All unissued, of course, except for one Order of the October Revolution (but that probably does not mean much).

Not yet, I was quoted the "Rich Foreigner" prices, so I'm letting them stew for a while ;)

A quick update on the Umalatova awards. Talking to several collectors and dealers in Russia, I am under the impression that although these awards are not "legal", a number of people actually purchase the documents and award themselves these orders. As such, blank documents seem to command rather substantial prices. This is also the case for the blank document for the Irreprochable Service Medals.
