Urnuh Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2008 Posts: 178	This is the plaque that is usually fixed on the front hard cover of the Mongolian Council of Ministers' Certificate of Appreciation. Such certificates were awarded for labour feats during Choibalsan period in Mongolia (1940s-1950s). Usually it is made of silver. It has nothing to do with the Mongolian orders. Actually it is quite large.
