Badge "50 Years Of Border Guards Of The U.S.S.R.".

I picked up 3 border guard badges, the first two in Almati (30$ the pair) and the 3rd one (70 years of KGB Border guards )for 15$ in Tashkent. The dealer in Almati had the same badge but wanted 45$ for it saying that 70 years was rarer than the other two. Is this true?
Is there a 50 years of KGB Border Guards as well?

The Soviet Union produced three official anniversary/award badges of the Border Guard/Troops. I say “anniversary/award” badges because, while I am unsure of the criteria, these were not given simply for “being there”.

The first of these, shown below, was the 50th Anniversary, awarded in 1968. Note this badge was made by the Leningrad Mint Yard and is marked both on the reverse of the badge and on the tightening wheel.
