This is a very rare case of a Bulgarian using a second patronym due to his name being particularly common.

I have seen these school uniform hats being offered as various branches of military officers' caps but they're for school students.

The Jewish population of Bulgaria drastically reduced during the People's Republic and in the first 10 years of communism over 38,000 had left (primarily for Israel).

I have not seen any of these bonds have their 1950 or 51 coupons cashed so the PRB may have cancelled them.
