Here is a WASHINGTON COUNTY, Penn. document whereas ISAAC HAND was assigned to be in attendance at the WASHINGTON BOUNTY (PA) \"Court of Common Pleas\" on the last Monday of February in 1800.
Image #4 shows where the back of this legal document was also signed by ABSALOM BAIRD, on Feb. 1st, 1800 (his personal information is found in photo # 10 thru #12). Historic records show that DR. ADSALOM BAIRD (1755-1805) served as a Surgeon during the American Revolution in Col. Baldwin\'s Regiment of Artificers, and later served in the \"Court of Common Pleas\" in Washington Co., Penn.

David Redick (1753-1805) - (photos #14 & #15) was born in Galway, Ireland, and after coming to America he made his home for several years in Lancaster Co., Penn. He was a Veteran of the American Revolutionary War and was in the 1st Brigade Georgia Militia. In 1787, he was appointed as \"Clerk of Courts\" in Washington Co., Penn.
