1906 Ames US Cavalry Experimental Sword:

Hello, I have a 1906 Ames US Experimental Cavalry Saber along with the scabbard and some extras with the rings. The sword itself has rusting and pitting on the blade which I’ve done my best to show on the pics. It is stamped with ASCo and the flaming bomb, as well as the date 1906. The handle is missing the wire wrap. The scabbard is in much better shape and is quite complete. I’ve done my best to show the condition of this as well. There are extras along with the scabbard rings which I believe to be a set. Although I’m no expert. Overall I believe this to be a great addition to a collection or for display as it’s great looking despite its flaws. Sold as is, please refer to pics for any other questions you may have.
