Been collecting records nearly 60 years and British records for more than 45 years (I\'ve been to over 75 record fairs in Britain) and this is the only copy of this record I\'ve ever seen.Audio Grading: E/E Visual Grading: E/ELight \"HMV crackle\" - plays well and strongNotes on runoff in china marker (to my wife when I\'m gone) - Easily removableVJM Record Grading System - please see below
\"HMV Crackle\"- Although many British records (especially HMVs - His Master\'s Voice) can look E or E+ there may be surface noise. If present, this is also noted in my listing. These records can look great and play with no other problems whatsoever but the surface noise can range from non existent (ie. \"whisper clean\") to light to annoying. This can be many times reduced greatly by reducing treble and/or the highest setting on your equalizer. This is also considered when grading and noted.

I grade AUDIBLY and consider VISUALLY, but above grading is auditory.I have hads\\ records which looked new, but the surface of playback quality was disappointing. I don\'t want anyone to be disappointed !!!!! I\'m a collector too (I\'ve got over 25,000 and have been collecting since the early 1960s).To me, the sound is key! Grading is conservative giving a lower grade if there is any question.VJM Record Grading System:
E+ (78) Plays like new, with very, very few signs of handling, such as tiny scuffs from being slipped in and out of jackets.
E (78) Still very shiny, near new looking, with no visible signs of wear, but a few inaudible scuffs and scratches.
E- (78) Still shiny but without the lustre of a new record, few light scratches.
V+ (78) is an average condition 78 in which scuffs and general use has dulled the finish somewhat. Wear is moderate but playing is generally free from distortion. Surface noise not overly pronounced.
V (78) Moderate, even wear throughout, but still very playable. Surface noise and scratches audible but not intrusive.
V- (78) Quite playable still, but distortion and heavy greying in loud passages. Music remains loud in most passages. Surface noise and scratches well below music level.
G+ (78). Grey throughout but still serviceable. Music begins to sound muffled. Heavy scratches.
G (78). Quite seriously worn and scratched, but music level is still higher than surface noise.

G- (78). Music still prominent, but wear and scratch damage extensive.
