This vest is new. its been sitting around for years and ive decided to sell it. Its a solid plate carrier and has been assembled, but never used. This vest includes the manual and already included shoulder pads. Its a solid GWOT PC. This fits me well and im 5'10 with a big chest, and i weigh 165. It fits solid and well.
