An excellent British WWI medal trio to a soldier who was Killed in Action at Gallipoli in 1915. Medals correctly named and in mint condition. All medals named: 1076 Pte. R. Edgar. Sco: Rif:
Robert Edgar served with the 7th Battalion of the Scottish Rifles (Cameronians). He was killed on June 28, 1915 during the Battle of Gully Ravine. Edgar's brother (to who the medals were sent) was a professional soccer player and manager who once played for Arsenal.
