French M1929 Military Issue Shoulder Bag 1950\'s Vintage:

For sale is the pictured French M1929 shoulder bag. This is an original French military issue item, most likely from the 1950\'s. These saw extensive use with French forces in the various colonial wars which France was involved in at the time. Has a heavy leather shoulder strap, 4 internal pockets, and is made of pretty much indestructible canvas. Inside of bag is leather lined, which has stiffened with time, but will loosen with use. Has rear belt loops as well. Measures approx 12\"x9\"x3.5\"Condition overall is very good, surplus. Does not appear to have ever been issued, but shows overall shelf wear from long decades in warehouse bulk storage. Also has original French military stamps inside.
