All parts (excluding the Iron Cross center) are leftover WWII stock - including gilded brass wreath, red enameled back-plate, top star, bottom star, back hinge, pin and catch arrangement - only used on the 1st style cross, not seen past the late 1950\'s

Tiny chip in red enamel at top (12 o\'clock arm), otherwise in excellent condition!
Size and weight conform with standard literature.
Not maker marked.
