PostUS Civil War Model 1860 GAR Staff & Field Sword with Scabbard. No makersmarks. The pommel cap & grip and tight, , and the guard with NO wiggles. The grip is 98% complete andthe wire is 100% complete. The fixedclamshell has "GAR" with an anchor, crossed rifles, and crossedswords. Overall 32 1/2 inches with 27 inchesblood groved blade is straight, unsharpened, No nick, and it has some light age spotsscattered. The blade is the standard Staff & Field style not the typicalGAR style.
