Mauser Karabiner 98k (Kar98k) stock set, including handguard, front and rear barrel bands, retention spring for barrel bands, bayonet lug, etc as pictured. This is from one of the Yugo-captured rifles. Stock appears to be of the mid-war variety with cupped buttplate and bolt take down disc. There is an inventory number of some sort pained on it. There don’t appear to be any cracks but does have the usual small dings and a small notch appears to have been cut on the right side just above the recoil lug (this was likely done because a crack had developed and they chose to just cut out the cracked area to keep it from spreading). This should be fairly easy to fix but is probably fine and functional to leave it as it is.
