LCDR Thomas J. Hammond, multi tour tour vet. In 1972 he served in Naval Advisory Group. Uniform is from that tour. He was an engineering officer mostly on the USS Fiske
The jacket has been tailored in-country. The pockets have been moved up and epaulettes and waist tabs have been added making it look like a second pattern. An underarm pen pocket was also added.
LCDR Hammond in the period picture wearing a similar jacket with a pin on the South Vietnamese navy rank. There are pin holes on this JJ. PICTURE IS NOT INCLUDED
