This was a "final test" concept for NSWDG DeVGru Red Squadron Troop mascot Emblem set from before 2012-3   Arrowhead patch is current design border with very distinctive warrior mascot in color hi-definition stitching.  They have a blue armory paint mark on the back, so these were exchanged for the next, developed version which has a different set of axes and feather style.


This is the next to final design modifications made until the current Squadron arrowhead patch was decided on.  It is the closest to the current patch you can get.  Later design has a stronger chin on its Indian warrior with different hair and axes.  These designs were developed from tattoos and vintage western cowboy/rodeo drawings from my understanding.  I have a few of another design style that is the last ones for this group.  The stitching work is very nice and distinctive on these. 


This Squadron still uses the original legacy mascot on their primary Squadron patch.   These items were usually for the different troops or possibly for deployments. It is sized for uniform sleeves or plate carriers, Milspec hook was added.  Not a tactical patch, as this squadron still uses the original legacy patch.


High detail stitched thread on twill.  These are all stitched to milspec hook material.


Made as a morale patch here in Virginia Beach, VA using private morale and rec. funds.  Designs are copyright protected.
