This is an original WW2 M1 Helmet and Liner! FRONT SEAM SWIVEL BALE! Helmet is front seam with swivel bales, manufactured by MCCORD RADIATOR COMPANY, STAMPED ????

Helmet is in great shape. Free from cracks, corrosion or rust. Has dents, paint loss (on inside) and wear from use. Chin strap was cut off but was reattached (see pictures). STILL HAS ITS ORIGINAL CORK FINISH AND OD J HOOK CHIN STRAP!

Liner was made from laminated cotton duck, the liner featured; khaki HBTsuspension webbing that could be adjusted to hold the liner at the right height on the wearer\'s head,neck strap and adjustable neck band that was designed to prevent the helmet from pitching forward,leather lined headband that could be adjusted to the wearer\'s head size andleather chin strap. MANUFACTUTRED BY CAPAC!

Helmet liner is in great shape! Free from cracks, corrosion or rust. Has stains, paint loss and wear from use. Nape strap is reproduction but leather chin strap is UNITED CARR. Missing its headband.
