Grades -

  • Grade 1 - Good condition surplus, previously issued with some signs of use. Fabric isn\'t too worn and isn\'t faded. With proper it ought to last for years to come!
  • Grade 1.5 Missing Buttons - The same as above but is sadly, missing buttons, mostly from the liner. This will need repairing and some love with new buttons, but it is a quick sewing job!
  • Grade 2 Missing Flag Patch & Buttons - Like Grade 1.5 this is missing a few buttons, this time mostly off of the pockets, so a bit of TLC is needed. The Polish flag is also missing off the shoulder.
  • Grade 2 Repaired Liner & Missing Buttons - This is the most used coat on the list, the liner has been repaired quite well. The shell is still in fantastic condition, but may miss buttons or have them replaced as well.

Modern and current general issue Polish army surplus that has been going strong for years. Being general issue, this field jacket is used by about 90% of the Polish Land Forces with the exception being a few branches of their special forces. It\'s windproof and pretty good against wet weather too.

Each jacket comes with an array of pockets. The chest has 2 deep double flap button pockets as does the waist. The sleeves also include a couple of button pockets, giving this coat pockets that would rival the Swiss\'! To the sides there are zippers, to pass through and reach trouser pockets with ease.

The liner of course is another amazing point for these coats, helping to insulate you in harsh and cold weather. The liners have elasticated cuffs which trap in even more heat. Buttons attach each liner and can easily be removed at any point to suit your needs.

One thing to note, for whatever reason some flag patches have a sewing pattern on top. You can see this on the last image. It doesn\'t change much from a distance, but is worth mentioning.

The coat comes in the Polish Wz93 Pantera camouflage pattern, or more informally the \"leaf camo\", \"petal camo\" or more pompously the \"presidential woodland camo\". It\'s got quite a few names, but the shading and colours make it nice and distinctive from other types of camo. This colourway has also been in use since the 90\'s, so for over 30 years it has served the Polish quite well!
